Mid-Mon Valley Economic Symposium

The Mon Valley Alliance Foundation will be hosting its  2nd Annual Mid-Mon Valley Economic Symposium Thursday, October 31, 2024, at The Anthony M.  Lombardi Education Conference Center located on the campus of Penn Highlands - Mon Valley from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.    (free parking available)

This year’s symposium, titled “Unlocking the Mid Mon Valley’s Tourism Potential,” aims to reshape perceptions of the region and ignite innovative thinking among stakeholders about the endless possibilities for meaningful change. Tourism is frequently underestimated as a viable avenue for growth, especially in our area, which has so much potential.  Our event hopes to highlight future regional growth opportunities here in the Mid Mon Valley.
